We conduct investigations of serious incidents, including fatal accidents, calling on our connections to ensure that the employer is well advised on all matters throughout what is an extremely challenging time for all involved.
We help employers liaise with WorkSafe, navigating improvement or prohibition notices and ensuring that the WorkSafe interview process is dealt with as efficiently as possible.
We also defend employers (and directors of corporate employers) when WorkSafe prosecutes them.
